THREE female driving instructors are taking on a driving challenge with a difference to raise money for charity.
Kay Blackburn, from Stockton-on-the-Forest, Pat Winterton, from Pocklington and Debbie Bather, of Selby, will test their skills at driving vehicles from fire engines and JCBs to lorries and limousines as part of The Fire Fighters Charity Ladies’ Driving Challenge.
The challenge, at York Raceway, Melbourne on October 3, offers an opportunity for ladies to test their driving skills by getting behind the wheel of a variety of different vehicles, including fire engines and HGVs.
