A GROUP of parents looking to set up a new secondary school in Holgate, York, are holding a public meeting on Wednesday to detail their plans.
Tim Moat, one of those leading the campaign, said: “The proposed school’s beliefs, core values and educational ethos will be unveiled for the first time. These have been put together by the seven teachers and education professionals who form our education sub-group.”
He said it would be the final meeting before an outline plan is submitted to the Government later this month. The meeting takes place at 7pm in the Holgate Methodist Church, in Acomb Road.
