A CASINO charity evening raised more than a thousand pounds for a forces charity.
Daniel Alford, Phil Guynan and former soldier Robin Swain presented a cheque for £1,365 to the Help For Heroes Charity.
The cheque was presented in York to Captain Trevor Edgar, finance officer for the Yorkshire Regiment. To raise the money, the Grosvenor Casino, in Leeds, hosted a charity dinner followed by an auction.
