The team is made up of Liverpool University students, including former Lady Lumley’s pupil Richard Vermont, who said: “We have always had a huge amount of respect for the help and support that Help For Heroes provides.” Starting in Scotland, the team is travelling through England, France, Andorra, Spain and Morocco. They plan to complete the journey in at most 28 days and are cycling up to 200km a day.
