IN-FORM Thirsk and Sowerby Harrier Gary Dunn won the James Herriott 14k Trail race over a tough course in a time of 53 minutes and 45 seconds.
Club-mates who also starred in the 181-strong event were Merv Burn, 17th in 62.41, and Rob Burn, 19th in 63.03.
Four Harriers competed in the scenic Idle Trail Race over a distance of just over 10k led by Alan Harman, who was 121st in 51.17, Pat Kirby first F60 finisher and 193rd overall in 57.23, Ian Codling 208th in 58.52 and Marian Codling 274th in 72.25.
