POLICE are appealing for information following an alleged robbery on Kingsway Bridge, Goole, on Friday.
A 16-year-old boy was walking over the bridge from Cheviot Avenue towards Fountayne Avenue when he was approached by a man at about 8pm, Humberside Police said.
The man asked the boy for the time and as the boy got his phone out of his pocket to check, the man snatched the phone from him. Two other men are then alleged to have approached the boy. One made threats towards him and the boy then handed over his wallet, which contained a small amount of money and a selection of bank cards.
The three men ran off in the direction of Cheviot Avenue and the boy continued walking in the direction of Fountayne Street.
Anyone with information should phone Humberside Police on 0845 60 60 222.
