THE York walk in centre will be relocating to York Hospital A&E department in anticipation of the Christmas rush.
The temporary move will apply from December 25 to 28 and January 1 to 3.
Kaye Grannon, service manager for unscheduled care, said: “It is common for patients to be transferred between the walk in centre and the out-of-hours service for advice on prescriptions or for more complex medical issues. So this makes great sense.”
