New kit following Thorpe United Football Club sponsorship
EXTRA energy is being added to Thorpe United Football Club’s bid for title glory in the York Minor League under-15s division one.
The youngsters have won sponsorship from Doosan Babcock Energy, with the firm providing a new kit.
The team are excelling on the pitch as, before the winter weather took hold, they rose to the top of the table.
A run of five wins and two draws from eight matches have left Thorpe a point clear of Bishopthorpe White Rose at the summit.
