WITH reference D M Findlay’s letter of December 17, complaining about selfish drivers, do they not know that reversing on to a main road is an offence?
Many drivers appear to be ignorant of the law, such as driving in poor visibility with only side lights switched on (this includes many taxi and bus drivers).
Or those who think they should be driving with fog lights on when there is no fog.
Like many others who write to The Press, I could go on endlessly about drivers, cyclists, pedestrians with tunnel vision, about people with mobile phones glued to their ears; but what good will it do?
Never mind. To all the regular letter writers, have a Happy Christmas and may your ink never run dry.
