The scene of the fatal fire in Pocklington
A woman has died in a house fire in East Yorkshire.
The blaze happened in Edward Street, Pocklington, at about 9.30pm yesterday.
Crews from Pocklington Fire Station attended but were unable to save the woman.
A spokeswoman for Humberside Fire Service said: "The fire is believed to have been accidental."
