PARENTS and prospective members will get a chance to preview the new term at York Arts Academy later this month.
The group from the City of York Council-run initiative, which provides performance opportunities and experiences for musicians, actors and dancers in the city and the surrounding area, will be at Millthorpe School between 4.30pm and 6.15pm on Wednesday, January 26.
The new terms starts on Saturday, January 22, at Canon Lee School between 10am and 12.15pm, where Samba dance workshops will be taking place.
The groups are suitable for people of all ages and there will also be Saturday morning workshops for youngsters aged three and over, while sessions are also run during the week for adults.
