HAVING read the recent articles and subsequent correspondence relating to the Twenty’s Plenty proposal, as a cyclist and a motorist my view is that we should do nothing except allow the cyclists to continue cycling on the roads.

It takes but one cyclist to slow all of the traffic down to 10mph and this happens regularly on the major routes throughout the city. This would save a huge amount of money and the need for yet more directional signs.
