CURVY gals who fancy strutting their stuff on the catwalk are wanted for Fashion City York’s showcase event.
At least six plus-sized women are needed to take part in the fashion show at the Guildhall on Saturday, April 2.
The show will feature clothes from some of the hottest brands in town, all modelled by local men and women who have volunteered their services for the day.
No experience is necessary – just bags of enthusiasm, says Russell Norton, chairman of Fashion City York.
“We want Fashion City York to be as inclusive as possible; it’s always been about diversity and that is really important to us,” says Russell. “Fashion is for everyone – not just for skinny minnies.”
Russell is also scouting for more models for the catwalk show – both men and women. Interested? Then email russell@fashioncityyork.co.uk
