The seventh Rotary Technology Tournament, organised by the three York Rotary Clubs at the National Railway Museum, challenged the skills of students from 17 local schools.
The all-day event attracted a record entry of more than 200 youngsters, working against the clock to design, build and demonstrate a practical solution to a technology problem, at basic, intermediate and advanced levels.
