A FREE seminar explaining the benefits of internet access will be held as part of Adult Learners Week this month.
City of York Council has begun development on a “digital inclusion strategy”, after research showed more than 27 per cent of York residents were not online.
The seminar is open to local businesses and community groups, and will offer tips on maximising their online presence. The three-hour seminar will be held at York Explore Library Learning Centre’s Marriott Room between 9.30am and 1pm on Friday, May 20.
