THERE’S still time to put forward adorable animals for The Press’s Pet Icon competition.
Readers have until Friday to give their pet the opportunity to be voted the most beautiful in York, North and East Yorkshire.
The winner will receive £100 of vouchers for BATA country store, as well as a photo-shoot by Life Photography in Pickering.
Competition entries will be featured in a supplement of nominated pets, which will be published in The Press on May 21. Readers will then be asked to vote for their favourite entry.
Readers should send in only ONE photograph of their beloved pet by text message.
You can enter more than one pet, but each entry must be submitted on an individual text message. No multiple pictures or entries can be accepted on a single text.
Send in your entry by text message to 80360. Start the message YOPET, leave a space and then write your pet’s name, and your name and contact details. Texts cost £1.50 plus your normal operator text change.
Text lines are open until midnight on Friday.
