Updated: THIS twisted wreckage is the aftermath of a miraculous escape for drivers involved in a two-vehicle crash in an area of York.
A picture, captured by a reader of The Press, shows the silver Ford Ka on its roof moments after it was involved in a collision with a BMW in Green Dykes Lane, in the Tang Hall area of the city, at about 9.15pm yesterday.
The 34-year-old woman from Knottingley, West Yorkshire, who was driving the Ford Ka was arrested on suspicion of drink driving and has now been released on police bail.
Nobody was injured in the crash.
