AFTER reading John H Brogden’s letter about his bus service woes (The Press, May 6), here is my story.

Three months ago, I wrote to First York about the No. 11 bus service over Christmas and New Year and again over the Easter period. I followed this up with a third letter and still received no reply.

If passengers get a £28 day pass over 12 months it will cost £600 a year. With all the bank holidays, these people lose out.

So come on First York – at least answer your phone and reply to the letters people send you.
