A 17-YEAR-OLD boy has appeared in court charged with the manslaughter of a teenager attacked outside a pizza takeaway in North Yorkshire.
The youth was one of four people arrested on suspicion of murder after Daniel Crowther, also 17, who died from head injuries after the attack outside College Pizzas in Stokesley on Saturday.
The charged teenager, from Guisborough, appeared at Harrogate Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
He was remanded in custody to appear before Northallerton Youth Court on May 24.
