FOURTEEN sheds at an East Yorkshire allotment were smashed into and a haul of tools stolen in an overnight raid.
Police are now appealing for witnesses to the theft which occurred overnight on Friday on The Mile, in Pocklington.
A variety of tools were stolen and it is believed the offenders used wheelbarrows to move items from the sheds to their vehicles.
Sgt Peter Rogers, of the Pocklington and Wolds Weighton Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “We are in the process of determining what exactly has been stolen.”
