SHOPPERS in York got an unexpected thrill when zombies sprung from nowhere to perform a famous Michael Jackson routine.
The impromptu performance of the dance from Thriller was performed by children from Stage Coach York stage school in Parliament Street yesterday.
The stunt was to publicise the forthcoming Thriller Live tour which begins at the Grand Opera House on Monday. The children, aged from seven to 15, practised for only an hour before performing the routine.
