THE alleged stalemate situation in Libya has now escalated into sending in helicopter gun-ships by France and Britain to ensure more accurate onslaughts against Gadaffi’s forces.
It is known that some Libyan troops are given to wearing civilian clothes.
The mandate “to protect civilian rebels” has surely become lost in the ferocious of the attacks with assorted weapons by NATO.
Daily news reports show civilians, including young children, with severe injuries and fatalities, many of which must have been from NATO’s activities.
Whatever the outcome of the knee-jerk decision to invade Libya with such a loosely described mandate, Libya will be left devastated – and another country needing help at all levels from the rest of the while attempting to form a government hopefully a ‘democratic’ one.
