York is to be one of three cities in the UK to benefit from access to a mobile unit aimed at helping people with osteoarthritis next month.
Nurses will provide private consultations for people at the osteoarthritis pain information point and visitors will be given the latest information and educational leaflets on pain management strategies.
The point will be at the Wyevale Garden Centre from July 12 to 17, from 9am to 6pm (Sunday 10.30am to 4.30pm); and the Coppergate Shopping Centre, from July 18 to 23, 9am to 5.30pm.
