I SEE Kate McCann is calling for support from the Government to protect missing people and their families.
However, I would point out that if the McCanns had not left Madeleine and twin siblings alone she would not be in this position.
Put bluntly, the McCanns have only themselves to blame for Madeleine going missing and to insist the Government review the investigation is appalling.
Why should taxpayers have to fund their colossal mistake? Perhaps it is because they are both doctors that the Prime Minister listened and set a team on to investigate the case again. I noticed this did not happen with Ben Needham.
How irresponsible for intelligent people to leave dependant children so they could go and have a meal and socialise.
So, Mrs McCann, stop trying to make everyone sorry for you by publishing a book and demanding action and look to yourselves for blame.
I believe I speak for many who share these thoughts, but will not voice their opinions.
