DUNNINGTON moved four points clear at the top of division one in the Fulford Ladies Invitation Tennis League after a 57-51 victory over second-placed Poppleton.
Nicola Mooney and Emma Loten amassed 29 games against a strong Poppleton team and Katie Milne and Karen Mitchell chipped in with 20 games.
York were 60-48 winners at Bishopthorpe thanks to a top-scoring 23 games from Wendy Stirke and Louise Lister.
