Feast of awards for Haxby junior footballers
Celebration was the order of the day as Haxby Town Junior Football Club’s under-13s held their presentation evening.
The event was held at Frankie and Benny’s at Clifton Moor, who sponsor the team.
Manager Mark Garbutt said: “They are a cracking bunch of lads who believe in each other, and show great teamwork both on and off the pitch.”
Over the successful season, Garbutt and coach Dave Dawson have seen the team win the Harrogate Development League and finish as runners-up in the cup competition.
