MUSIC and mayhem were mixed together as pupils at York’s Canon Lee School put on a production of Little Shop of Horrors.
The musical was directed by Jenny Carr, Peter Hill and Rebecca Nicholson, and was acted out by 11 to 16-year-olds over three nights.
Past school musicals include Annie, Grease and Bugsy Malone, and the school also puts on plays and talent shows throughout the year.
Although musicals are only meant to occur every two years in the school, Ms Carr said this year was such a success that they may do another in 2012.
