He had earlier defeated Lutz Leutzsch 4-3 in the semi-finals, where Quantock overcome Scunthorpe’s Dave Ladley 4-1.
Other selected matches saw Paul Dixon (18-17) defeat Roz Kerr (17) 3-1 and Reece Robinson (17-19-20) beat fellow Hull youngster Lewis Kirk (17) 3-1.
Robinson, though, then lost 3-2 to Terry Temple (124 finish for 15).

In the semi-final, Farmeary hit two 180s and claimed a 21-dart leg to beat Tina “Inch High” Platt 3-1, as did Simmonds to oust Cheryl Fairclough.
Farmeary had earlier included two 140s in a 20-dart leg and Di Moreland checked out on bull for a 110 finish.
In the Blind Pairs tournament, Quantock completed a hat-trick of wins, partnering Jaro Nameth to defeat organisers Neil Hart and Phil Good 2-0 in the final.
Semi-finalists were Danny Taal and Scarborough’s Julie Wrightson and Andy Rennie and Dave Kerr.
