A GOOLE resident who fraudulently claimed £6,215.45 in benefits has been issued with a two-year conditional discharge.
Gary Buck, 40, of Charles Drive, admitted he had failed to inform East Riding of Yorkshire Council about a change to his employment circumstances between November 2009 and May 2011.
Buck was given the conditional discharge by Goole Magistrates on Tuesday, July 19, and was also ordered to repay the housing benefit, council tax benefit, and income support he received during that 16-month period.
