AFTER witnessing the terrible events in Norway, we hear that the person arrested for these heinous crimes is a far-right neo-Nazi.
Can someone please tell me why Blue Moon Trading in Goodramgate was selling T-shirts on Saturday and Sunday with the Nazi swastika and Hitler’s European tour on them and other horrible motifs?
Just what is democratic about allowing this shop to sell these disgusting items as well as all the guns, knives, crossbows, gas masks, etc.
Surely a person with any kind of built in hatred or prejudice toward others seeing such a place would think that their twisted ideals are okay because shops like Blue Moon Trading are selling them, seemingly with the support of the council and police.
Surely the council or the police could ask this shop to remove these vulgar articles.
