THE York and District Amalgamation of Anglers are staging their Veterans’ Jack Cross Trophy match on Wednesday, August 10.
The contest will be held on Marley pool at Laybourne Lakes, taking up all pegs. The draw will take place in the venue’s car park at 1pm.
There are no match bookings tomorrow, but the local waters will be busy on Sunday.
White Rose and Burton Stone Lane WMC angling clubs are at Laybourne Lakes.
Acomb WMC Angling Club will fish at Red House, New Earswick Angling Club are at Fulford and Palace Ings, while Bishopthorpe & Acaster Angling Club are at Acaster.
