WE WERE visiting York Races from Sunderland last Saturday and called in to the Golden Lion pub and caught The Cliff Brown Band gig.
We were so pleased we dropped into that particular pub – the band was amazing. For a three-piece band, the sound was fantastic, and the original material as well as the old classics were great. The best band I have seen in a long time. If Cliff, Ian and Nick ever play the north-east, we will definitely go and see them again – I can highly recommend them.
