YORK bar staff who posed for a nude calendar in support of The Press’s Think, Don’t Swim campaign have made a profit of almost £600 to help buy equipment to help rescue people who have jumped or fallen in York’s rivers.
The bartenders work at 1331, Vudu Lounge, Bobo Lobo, The House Of Trembling Madness and Evil Eye, where the calendars can be bought for £8.
Organisers say they still need to sell another 240 calendars to hit their fundraising target of £2,500.
