AN award-winning North Yorkshire brewery that caters for those who can’t digest barley is holding an open day tomorrow.
Wold Top Brewery, of Hunmanby, will provide gluten-free cake, a half-pint of gluten-free beer and a guide that includes the garden of brewery director Gill Mellor to all visitors.
The brewery has just launched Scarborough Fair IPA, its second beer designed for coeliac sufferers who cannot tolerate gluten foods such as barley and wheat.
The open evening runs from 6.30pm to 9pm and costs £5. Places should be booked in advance by emailing enquiries@woldtopbrewery or phoning 01723 892222.
