FOR HOW long are we going to tie the hands of our UN observers on the ground in trouble zones?
When a massacre occurs it takes two days to get there and all evidence has disappeared so it is easy to blame the other side.
We could send more observers with better equipment such as helicopters to get around quickly and to be able to take photographs from the air. What is the reason for this half-hearted way of trying to find the truth?
