NEW apartments could be built in a city-centre street in York.
Plans have been submitted for a building on the corner of Tanner Row – opposite the site of a £10 million Hampton By Hilton hotel and City of York Council’s new headquarters – to be converted into eight one-bedroom and four two-bedroom properties.
The building is currently used as offices by First TransPennine Express.
