AFTER visiting the rehabilitation centre for injured troops at Catterick, we are delighted that more than 600 motorcyclists participated and supported the Ride of Honour recently, from Squires Café, in Sherburn-in-Elmet to Marne Barracks at Catterick Garrison.

We would like to thank everyone who helped and for their generosity – we do appreciate it and also Frank Dwyer of The Press for his photograph.

It is a ride to show our respect and gratitude to those brave members of our armed forces. After expenses we raised £7,500 for the Black Rat Regiment Fund and Help for Heroes.

Thank you again.
