A FIVE-YEAR-OLD boy has been taken to York Hospital after a crash with a moped today.
The child suffered a suspected broken leg, an ankle injury and a bump to the head in the collision near the Costcutter shop in Bramham Avenue, Chapelfields, at about 3.20pm, police said.
He was taken by ambulance to York Hospital where staff said he was due to be given X-rays.
The 26-year-old male rider of the moped was not injured, police said.
