A 70-YEAR-OLD man who was seriously injured when he fell from scaffolding in York is in a comfortable but stable condition in hospital.
He fell from the roof of a two-storey building undergoing construction work on Burton Stone Lane at noon on Monday.
The Press has been asked to point out that although the building is signed as the Associated Insurance Services, the owners of the company have recently sold the building and were not involved with the construction works.
