Poppleton Juniors FC stage a sporting dinner on Saturday, June 30, at Manor School, York, and tickets are selling fast.
The main guest speaker is ex-Manchester United and Northern Ireland legend Norman Whiteside, above, and there will be a turn by comedian Dom Thomas.
There will also be an auction of sporting memorabilia, including an autographed and framed Ruud van Nistlerooy shirt.
