THE organisation which runs mental health services in York has been named as one of the top-performing NHS trusts in the country.
A study carried out by Manchester Business School assessed 35 specialist, acute and mental health trusts on employees, customers and finance.
Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust was named as one of only nine top performers.
Trust chief executive Chris Butler said: βTo be rated as a top performing trust is great news. It shows how all teams and departments in our trust work in harmony to provide the best service possible for people.β
