ON WEDNESDAY I was privileged to be a Yorkshire torch bearer in Aiskew, Bedale. What a wonderful experience this was.
The coverage by The Press and BBC Radio York was excellent and the hospitality at Northallerton College was first class. Thank you to my relatives and friends who travelled to Aiskew to support me on this wonderful occasion.
