VOLUNTEERS are needed for York’s fourth annual charity race set up in memory of charity fundraiser Jane Tomlinson.
About 6,000 people expected to take part in the York 10k Race For All on August 5, raising money for a variety of charities.
Organisers of the event said not enough volunteers had come forward to help out on the day.
Hundreds of people are needed in total, to serve as pre, race and post-race marshalls.
