BAFTA-winning actress Sian Phillips will discuss her work in theatre, film and television at an event at the University of York next week.
The actress, whose performances include I, Claudius, Crime And Punishment, Dune and the BBC’s Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy, will take part in a discussion with Dr Tom Cantrell and Dr Christopher Hogg from the university’s department of theatre, film and television.
The event is part of a one-day conference on acting for television and featuring talks by leading academics, actors and actor-trainers.
Tickets for In Conversation With Sian Phillips, on Friday, July 6, at 6pm, cost £5 from the University of York’s online store at https://store.york.ac.uk or on the door.
