A 51-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested in connection with suspected frauds which led to cash machines in Bridlington being taped off.
Police were called in when a man was seen acting suspiciously in Manor Street just after 6pm on Tuesday.
He is thought to have visited several cashpoints in the area in quick succession and banks were informed when a member of the public alerted officers.
The man who was arrested is in custody.
Anybody who may have been approached by a man attempting to set up a business or trade account using the company initials CDF in the East Yorkshire area should phone Humberside Police on 101.
