YORK golfer Simon Dyson was set for an early exit from the Alstom Open de France after a second-round 75 left him at five over par in Paris.
The 34-year-old opened the tournament with a one over 72 but, starting his second round at the tenth, was unable to make any inroads on day two.
Having bogeyed the tenth and 12th holes, he also dropped a shot at the 17th. Dyson picked up a birdie at the par five third hole and the par four sixth, but dropped shots at the fifth, seventh and eighth effectively ended his tournament.
