UP and coming mini-moto rider Philip Scott is celebrating after another fine season.
The 21-year-old, who ditched bowls for the high-pace motor sport, finished second in the lightweight production section of the British Mini-Moto Championships and third in the Southern Championships.
Scott, who is sponsored by RaceTech Engineering and prepares and maintains his own bike, took up the sport a year ago, finishing fourth in his first season.
Dad Alan said: "We are really pleased with how he's done. The learning curve has been quite impressive because as the season has progressed, he has got more competitive and better results - in the last three stages he had a second overall and two firsts."
