FOUR people had to be freed from their vehicles and two were airlifted to hospital following a crash near the North Yorkshire coast today.
The incident occurred at just after 1pm on the A165 at Reighton, near Filey, when three vehicles collided.
Fire crews from Humberside and North Yorkshire attended the scene, and used hydraulic equipment to release two adults from two vehicles.
All four were taken to hospital, but the extent of their injuries is not yet known.
A third pair of adults were out of their vehicle when emergency services arrived.
