A FEW frames with Pickering potter Paul Davison is the auction prize that will hopefully raise a few quid for York City Football Club.
Malcolm Dawson, a vice-president of the Bootham Crescent outfit, has arranged for the prize, which will give the winner a chance to test their ability and skills against the world ranked snooker professional.
The high bidder will play a few frames with Davison, watch his tournament preparations, receive some personal coaching and have a chance for autographs and photos in a session that will last at least three hours.
The starting price is £50 and anyone interested is asked to email their preferred bid, with a name and contact details, to richardliz@btinternet.com or phone on 07766 398073.
All bids will receive confirmation by email or text and bidders will also be notified if a higher offer is received.
The closing date is noon on April 30 and money raised from the auction will be donated to the club.
