YORK City should learn on Tuesday night whether they will need to postpone their home match with Tamworth scheduled for Saturday, February 3.
The fixture will only go ahead should Tamworth lose their FA Trophy second round tie against Welling United.
That game had to be abandoned because of a floodlight failure with the scores deadlocked at 0-0 after 40 minutes on Tuesday night.
The two teams will now meet again on Tuesday and, should they win, Tamworth will entertain Worcester City in the third round on February 3 instead of travelling to KitKat Crescent.
A draw against Welling would mean the Minstermen would have to wait longer before learning whether they face the Lambs on the first weekend of next month.
Dagenham and Redbridge, Aldershot and St Albans City, City's scheduled opponents on dates that also clash with future rounds of the Trophy, have all made their exits from this season's competition.
Halifax Town's Conference home match against Weymouth was called off after a pitch inspection yesterday.
The Shay was waterlogged but the weather is forecast to improve ahead of York City's visit to Halifax on Tuesday night.
City's next home game is a week today when they entertain Grays Athletic (3pm).
